Please note:

All transport service will be on point to point basis and not available for disposal.

The mentioned rates are only applicable for Indian Nationals.

For Nathulla Pass special permit is required for which the guest document should reach us at least before 07 days prior to arrival. In case of Land slide or any reason Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir / North Sikkim (Lachen & Lachung) is closed we will provide alternate sightseeing and there will be no refunds. But if the permit is given then the vehicle will go till snowline and there will be no refunds in this case. After issue of permit for restricted areas i.e. Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir / North Sikkim (Lachen & Lachung) if the guest is unable to cover all the places due to weather conditions or road conditions we will not provide any extra sightseeing in replace to that.

 

The rates are valid only for the guest who is staying within the 1 KM radius of the main town.

The rates provided can be changed without any prior notice during blackout dates.

Since Foreign Nationals require special permit to enter Sikkim and which has to be taken by them at the border

(Rangpo/Melli). With the issue of this permit only clients can enter Sikkim and can visit various part of Sikkim.

 

NRI, OCI, PIO Card holder & Foreign National are not allowed to visit New Baba Mandir and Nathulla Pass (Indo-China Border). They are allowed to visit till Tsomgo Lake with a valid permit. They also have to be 02 People & above in number to  Visit Tsomgo Lake. For getting the valid permit the guest will have to carry with them their valid passport & Visa / OCI / PIO Card. They will also be required to bring along with them 08 copies passport size photograph for Processing their permits into Sikkim, Tshangu Lake, and Lachen & Lachung. There will be an additional cost for Processing the permit & making the tour applicable and also required 01 Tourism Authorized Tour Guide with extra charge of Rs-2200/- Per day.

Guest can send us the documents and photos via mail in case of emergency but in that case they will be charged Rs 60/- per person.

 Cancellation Policy

  1. Any confirmed package/booking cancellation will attract Rs. 2000/- as administrative charges. 
  2. Any Confirmed package/Booking cancelled within 30-15 days before arrival date will attract 25% of the total package

amount as retention charges.

  1. Any confirmed package/booking cancelled within 15-7 days before arrival date will attract 50% of the total package amount

as retention charges.

  1. Any confirmed package/booking cancelled within 7-0 days before arrival date will attract 100% of the total package amount

 as retention charges

 

Waiting Period Policy:

If a customer fails to report on the pre confirmed time, due to any flight or train delay, there will be a waiting charge applicable as given below:

Up to 2 hours of the proposed time: Nil.

After 2 hours of the proposed time, Rs. 500/- per hour will be charged, this needs to be paid directly to the driver partner. 

 

 Off Season Period: |From Jan 06th to April 09st |July |Aug | Sep|Nov till December19 th  

  1. Any confirmed package/booking cancellation will attract Rs. 2000/- as administrative charges. 
  2. Any Confirmed package/Booking cancelled within 15-7 days before arrival date will attract 25% of the total package amount as retention charges.

Day 01 – Ixb /Njp - Gangtok (126 Kms -4 Hrs)

Arrival at Ixb or Njp drive to Gangtok.
Gangtok
Gangtok is the capital of the mountainous northern Indian state of Sikkim. Established as a Buddhist pilgrimage site in the 1840s, the city became capital of an independent monarchy after British rule ended, but joined India in 1975. Today, it remains a Tibetan Buddhist center and a base for hikers organizing permits and transport for treks through Sikkim’s Himalayan mountain ranges.
Overnight at Gangtok.

Day 02 – Tsomgo Lake & New Baba Mandir |Nathulla Pass permit Charges extra on direct payment basis|

In the morning at around 8:00 am after yummy breakfast start your day trip (Depend on permit timing issued by Tourism Dep’t.) to Tsomgo Lake ||The lake is 1 km long, oval in shape and 50 ft deep. Here you can witness snow or snowfall if you’re lucky & Yak Riding || & also visit New Baba Mandir completed return back to Gangtok and evening leisure.

Day 03 –Gangtok – Pelling (130 Kms - 5 Hrs)

Breakfast at hotel then drive to Pelling enroute visit Siddeshwar Dham (Chardhaam Replica) at Namchi South Sikkim.
Pelling
Pelling is a small town in the northeastern Indian state of Sikkim, at the foothills of Mount Khangchendzonga. The late-17th-century Buddhist Sanga Choling Monastery has mountain views. Pemayangtse Monastery features wall paintings, sculptures and a gold-plated statue of Guru Padsambhava. Overlooking a valley, the 17th-century Rabdentse Palace, now in ruins, still has evidence of the king’s bedroom and kitchen.

Day -04 Pelling sightseeing

After breakfast at around 8:30 am start for the local sightseeing of Pelling visit Chirinzi Glass Sky Walk, Khecheopalri Lake, Kanchenjunga Waterfall, Rimbi Water Falls, Darap Village(Outer view), Rabdentse Ruins, Pemayangtse Monastery (The 2nd oldest monastery of Sikkim) & Helipad Viewpoint after completing all back to hotel evening free for leisure overnight at Pelling.

Day 05 –Pelling – Darjeeling (75 kms-3 hrs)

Darjeeling
Darjeeling is a town in India's West Bengal state, in the Himalayan foothills. Once a summer resort for the British Raj elite, it remains the terminus of the narrow-gauge Darjeeling Himalayan Railway, or “Toy Train,” completed in 1881. It's famed for the distinctive black tea grown on plantations that dot its surrounding slopes. Its backdrop is Mt. Kanchenjunga, among the world’s highest peaks.

Day 06 – Darjeeling sightseeing

Early morning start for Tiger Hill (is subject to availability of Coupon) to watch the spectacular sunrise and it’s amazing effects on the Mt. Kanchenjunga (World’s 3rd highest peak) Fresh-up & breakfast at the hotel followed by day local sightseeing covering Padmaja N. Zoological Garden (Closed on Thursday), Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday),Peace Pagoda (Japanese Temple), Tea Garden (Outer View) Tenzing rock, Gumpu rock as completed back to hotel evening free to walk around visit to the Mall and Local Market (Closed on Thursday).

Ghoom Monastery & Batasia loop will be covered during afternoon sightseeing is subject to availability of Permission.
If guest wish to do Toy train ride or ropeway ride (Tickets self cost) then they had to miss some of the points mention above to match the time scheduled.
If sightseeing falls on Thursday then we will cover Dali Monastery & Ava Art gallery instead of Padmaja N. Zoological Garden (Closed on Thursday), Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday)

Day 07 – Darjeeling – Ixb/Njp (98 Kms-3 hrs)
